Zurich Lookbook by Playlust & Ron Orp

Fellow blogger Play, who is from Zurich as well, published her second lookbook from Zurich together with Ron Orp. It's all about „Now-Looks at Wow-Events“ and it looks indeed like a visual diary of the most inreresting events that took place the last couple weeks in Zurich. There are lots of pictures of local people but also some celebrities and some micro-interviews. She also did a little interview with me, which you can find on page 32. I am currently staying in Basel until the end of the week for the Art Basel and other little events, so there won't be an outfit entry this week. But I am hoping to take some decent photographs to give you a nice impression of my week full of art and fashion here in Basel.

Summer has arrived suddenly and with full power. My outfits are getting simpler and simpler because it's so hot at the moment, that you barely want to wear anything. I call this look my pyjama-look, because it somewhat looks just like that and I like the thought of walking around in my pyjama.

PIG Magazine

I recently looked at the March issue of PIG magazine again and it reminded me that I already wanted to show you the magazine back then when it came out. I only got a couple issues after I made a streetstyle spread for them for the new year's issue and haven't had a chance to buy it since then, because it's not available here. It's an Italian magazine and since I don't speak any Italian, all there's left for me are the pictures – but they are beautiful. I have yet to come across another monthly published magazine, that features so many good photographs and also, there's a certain consistency and similar approach to them. It's not all about fashion – there are also articles about musicians, photographers, artists and they always feature a streetstyle spread from a different city. Bits And Bobs #47

T-Shirt by Hope, Chino Trousers by Topman, Suede Leather Jacket by Acne, Shoes by SWEAR

I couldn't believe my luck when I found this suede leather jacket by Acne at a local outlet sale in Zurich. It's in beautiful navy blue and I am particularly in love with the fabric. Usually a leather biker jacket looks way too hard on me but the suede makes it look just fine.
