This is my go-to outfit at the moment when I don't feel like wearing anything else at all or when I am in a hurry. The Barbour jacket and Acne jeans are the essentials and I just swap tops and shoes from day to day. Ever since I got the Barbour, it's probably my most worn item. It shields against wind and rain, has big pockets to carry all my little things (camera, phone, wallet) and goes with almost anything else in my closet. I bought a fake fur lining that can be attached with zippers and a hood in addition to make it winterproof. I might do an entry showing some of my essential items as mentioned above, if there's an interest.

Spring 2012 Fashion Show Impressions

I stumbled upon the cover of the Spring Fashion Issue of New York Magazine and was immediately captured by the style of the photograph and wanted to find out who shot it. Then I came across these backstage impressions of the Spring 2012 fashion shows by the same photographer, Pari Dukovic. He is shooting traditionally with 35mm film and seems to be someone you should look out for in future publications. Check out his website for more of his work.
