Wish List #6

If I had unlimited fundings, all the items below would be my current summer look. Love those sleek Nike sneakers and the melange shirt from Our Legacy in this particularly great fabric sourced from Japan. The flower print on the cap might give some nice contrast to an otherwise very clean look. I already have the Mismo backpack in Army Green but I wouldn't say no to this one in light hazel brown. Black jeans go with everything and I'm still in love with wedge soles on men's shoes. Last but not least I also picked some Grado headphones, because they have a very good sound quality (not advised to use in public due to their open earcups). If you want to check my other findings on the web, you can keep yourself updated by following me on Nuji.

Nuji

You might have noticed the Follow On Nuji button on the sidebar and the list of Most Recent Nuji Tags. Nuji is another social wish list like Svpply but with one big advantage. You collect points for being the first to tag an object and you get even more points if you get retagged by other users. After collecting a certain amount of points you will be able to exchange them for discount codes at your favourite online shops. For example: You are the first to tag an item from Très Bien Shop, you get points towards that online shop. It gets retagged from your profile, you get even more points. They are adding new partners all the time, so the amount of discounts will increase over time. It is also a convenient way of keeping track what you find in online shops without having to bookmark them with your browser. Nuji is currently invite-only but you can get signed up if you follow me on Twitter and click on the link in this Tweet. If you already have an account, follow me and I might follow you back. Below, I assembled some of my most recent Nuji Tags.

Wish List #4

I have been pretty obsessed with shoes and socks lately, which lead to several new purchases and also a lot of internet researching about different brands, materials and manufacturers (mainly UK-based ones). Sanders, Mark McNairy and Our Legacy shoes are all made in the same factory in the UK. Alden and Crockett & Jones might produce some very fine shoes but they just don't suit me yet. Those are two facts I have learned in the past week. Socks shouldn't be neglected and add a nice finishing touch especially if you roll up your trousers. While browsing many online shops over and over again I came across a lot of nice pairs that would make a fine addition to any wardrobe and I put my favourite ones together above. My next pair of shoes for spring will definitely be from Tricker's (these are perfect!!).

Wish List

I spend way too much time online browsing through shops and reading new entries in my Google Reader, which means I come across lots of beautiful things that one could buy. In the spirit of svpply.com, I will collect them from now on to present them here for you in a new category called Wish List. There will be a mix of clothes, accessories and other nice objects for guys as well as girls.
