Acne Paper is still my favourite magazine. Issue no 11 was released a couple of weeks ago. Every issue is about a certain theme and this one is the studio issue. As usual there are several editorial shoots in this issue and lots and lots of interviews with artists or people about their creative space and explore the connection between creativity and environment. This issue is the biggest so far with 50 pages more than the last one. You can order it online here. I'm still missing Acne Paper No 1 and 3 to have the complete collection. ReplyDeleteI´m brazilian and I have seen you in Lookbook. I´ve really identified with your work and I was wondering, do you know Machado de Assis?
He was a great brazillian writer, and made a sitcom called Dom Casmurro. It was written in 1889 and it´s the reflex of the society on that time. It is a brazillian masterpiece. I am telling you that because I thought the sitcom is so like you! The clothes, the way how it was aproched… One of the things I like the most is the soundtrack. One of my favorites songs is in it : Beirut – Elephant Gun.

I've always been interested in Acne paper but I've never picked it up. The only place in my city that seemed to carry it has stopped so now it seems like I'm SOL.
